Bulgaria is participating at the Lisbon Food Affair (LFA) – the largest food trade fair in Portugal, which opened today and will run until February 12, reported BTA. The national pavilion of Bulgaria is located in the specialized food hall – Hall 1, Stand 24.

Among the products representing our country are traditional vegetable preserves: lyutenitsa, tomato and pepper puree, fruit compotes, canned meat products, a variety of jams – including rose jam, rosehip jam, wild berry jam, organic jams and homestyle jams with reduced sugar content, which have the potential to enter Mediterranean markets.
