The bill is not finalized, and in its finalization the Ministry of Agriculture will take all viewpoints into account, Minister Tahov said further. Minister Tahov also announced a cooperatives act was being considered, via which the state will provide an association and cooperation environment to farmers which will strengthen their positions during institutional and trade talks.
