Rain showers expected on Saturday, daytime highs will reach 20°C

Tonight, the cloud cover will be significant, with rain expected in parts of the western half of the country—more substantial in the central regions. The lowest temperatures will range between 6°C and 11°C, around 9°C in Sofia.

On Saturday, cloudiness will remain mostly significant. Scattered brief showers, accompanied by thunderstorms, are expected mainly in Western and Central Bulgaria. In the afternoon, brief rain showers are expected in Southeastern Bulgaria. Maximum temperatures will range between 15°C and 20°C, around 17°C in Sofia. By the evening, the rain will stop everywhere, and during the night of Easter Sunday, cloud cover over most of the country will decrease.

In the mountains, cloudiness will be significant, with rain in many areas. Snow is expected above 2,000 meters. There will be moderate to strong northwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 11°C, at 2,000 meters around 4°C.

Along the Black Sea coast, cloud cover will be mostly significant, with rain expected in the afternoon along the southern coast. Daytime highs will range between 13°C and 16°C. The sea water temperature is 10°C-12°C.
