The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have admitted to mistakenly firing on a UN facility in central Gaza in March, killing an UN staffer, reported BTA. The Israeli military stated that the preliminary findings of the investigation into the death of the UN staff member in Gaza last month indicate that he was killed by fire from an Israeli tank, which had mistakenly shelled a UN facility.
