A peaceful civic protest under the motto “Protecting our children – car procession and blocking traffic on Danube Bridge” will take place on Saturday.

The participants will start from the municipal parking lot next to the National Revenue Agency building in Rouse at 10.30, after which the motorcade will pass along most of the city’s boulevards and will head for Danube Bridge. The organizers are demanding a reaction, by the institutions, against the poor road conditions, the systemic air pollution in Rouse and the lack of any decisions regarding the region. They say no political agitation will be allowed.

Traffic will be disrupted in the region of Danube Bridge until around 1 PM.
