Employees of the Road Infrastructure Agency will hold a protest action today at 12:00 under the slogan "Decent work - decent pay" demanding higher wages.

The protest is organized by the two largest trade unions in Bulgaria - the Confederation of Bulgarian Trade Unions and the Confederation of Bulgarian Trade Unions "Podkrepa".

It will be held on the roadway of the E-79 road near the Danube Bridge-2 "New Europe" (Vidin-Calafat). The protest will block traffic on the bridge, the Confederation of Bulgarian Trade Unions announced on its website.

Workers at the Road Infrastructure Agency are demanding a minimum 10% increase in wages. For this purpose, 2 million leva (1 million euros) are needed from the state budget.
