A historical festival in the "Gradishte" area, where the ruins of an early Byzantine fortress are located, is organized today from 10:00 to 22:00 by the Regional Historical Museum - Gabrovo. The event is on the occasion of 105 years since the first archaeological works in the area. Throughout the day there will be historical reenactments of life in the fortress and in the evening there will be a concert by Theodosii Spassov and Ivan Shopov. The finale will be a light show with 204 drones.

The historical part of the program includes re-enactment of ancient rituals, tasting of dishes from antiquity, archery, crafts and much more, which will transport visitors centuries back in time.
