In the midst of the summer season, many emotions await equestrian sports lovers in Bulgaria's Black Sea resort of Albena. On July 18 and 19, the second round of the "Bulgarian Cup" in show jumping will be held there.

For the first time, the cup is being held in four rounds in different settlements - a format with which the Bulgarian Equestrian Federation aims to expand the geography of the sport and bring it as close as possible to the people, reports the sports website Sportal.bg.

Riders from different age groups and categories will participate - pony riders, children and professionals from equestrian clubs from all over Bulgaria. About 40 tandems are expected to compete. The competition on July 18 (Friday) is from 5 to 7 p.m., and on July 19 (Saturday) - from 12 p.m.

The Bulgarian Cup in show jumping is organized by the Bulgarian Equestrian Federation in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism. The next rounds will be in Yambol (September 19 and 20) and Petrich (October 17 and 18).
