From August 4 to 14, the XIX International Summer Art Academy "The Fire of Orpheus 2025" will be held in Zlatograd. The program brings together established names and emerging talents in ten days, filled with music, exhibitions and inspiration. Among the lecturers this year is vocal pedagogue, composer and conductor Danko Yordanov, who returned from London and will lead a master class in singing for singers and actors.
The academy also offers training in violin, guitar, piano, theater, literature and fine arts, led by prominent artists from Bulgaria and abroad. For another year, master classes in Zlatograd will be held by virtuoso violinist Prof. Micho Dimitrov and legendary opera singer Kaludi Kaludov. The classes are open to both children and students, as well as professionals seeking creative development and international contacts.
Traditionally, on August 9, the young participants will perform an open-air concert under the title "Greetings to Zlatograd". This year, the program also includes a special summer camp for young guitarists. The events are organized with the support of the Municipality and the local community center.
