The square in front of Sofia’s Patriarchal Cathedral of St Alexander Nevsky will once again transform into a stage – not for opera this time, but for the “Gala Concert of Bulgarian Talent” on Unification Day. Organised by the Yordan Kamdzhalov Foundation, the event aims to showcase the splendour of Bulgarian musical talent by uniting internationally acclaimed performers with up-and-coming young stars.

Supported by the Sofia Municipality, the concert will take place on 6 September 2025 at 8.00pm on the open-air stage in front of the cathedral, and admission is free.
