The coalition "We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria", the "Alliance for Rights and Freedoms", and the MECH party will submit to parliament the fifth motion of no confidence against the government of Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov. The other two opposition parliamentary groups – "Vazrazhdane" and "Velichie" – which did not take part in drafting the motion’s reasoning, have said that they will support the vote of no confidence. The previous four attempts to bring down the government were unsuccessful.
