An event dedicated to the Bulgarian oil-bearing rose (rosa Damascena) will take place on September 19 in Ireland, BTA reports. Its organizer is the Embassy of Bulgaria in the country.

“We are pleased to invite you to a unique journey of sound and aroma, which will take place in the heart of Dublin on the occasion of the “Night of Culture”, the Bulgarian Embassy writes on its Facebook page.

The event program includes a photo exhibition, a workshop and a concert with Bulgarian folk songs and dances. “

This multi-sensory experience will combine Bulgarian voices, music, dance and the essence of the Damascena rose. The sound affects not only brain waves, but also heart rate, breathing and general well-being – physical, emotional and spiritual,” the diplomatic mission said.

The event is part of the “European Cultural Trail” – an initiative of the European Association of National Cultural Institutes in Ireland in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in the country.
