"With bright minds like yours, pure hearts like yours and the ambition you possess, I am confident that our future is bright, harmonious and promising", said Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov during an award ceremony honoring Bulgarian students who won medals at international natural science Olympiads in 2025.
"Your medals, including eight golds, are a remarkable achievement. Your individual knowledge will enable you to become true professionals and humanists, which reflects the spirit of Olympism and fills us with pride", Premier Zhelyazkov said.
The nine national teams in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, linguistics, informatics, astronomy, geography and artificial intelligence earned a total of 39 medals from the world’s most prestigious competitions: 8 gold, 14 silver and 17 bronze, BTA reported.
