This is stipulated in the Memorandum of Understanding signed between them within the framework of the visit of a Bulgarian delegation headed by Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov to the USA for the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.

"Today's signing is extremely important for the development not only of the Bulgarian mining industry, but also for the technological progress of Bulgaria and the USA," Zhelyazkov said.
