Variable cloudiness and autumn-like temperatures are expected on Friday

On Friday, the lowest temperatures will range between 5°C and 11°C, in Sofia 7°C. During the day, the cloud cover across the country will be variable, with some areas seeing mostly sunny weather. More significant cloudiness is expected over mountainous regions and Western Bulgaria, where light rain may fall in some mountainous areas. Winds will be moderate, and in Western Bulgaria, temporarily strong, coming from the west-northwest. Maximum temperatures will range from 15°C to 20°C, about 16°C in the capital city.

Along the Black Sea coast, there will be variable cloudiness, but no precipitation. Daytime highs will be between 18°C and 20°C, the same as the seawater temperature. Sea state 2-3 on the Beaufort scale.

It will be mostly cloudy in the mountains. Light rain is expected mainly in the western massifs. It will snow above 2,000 meters. There will be a strong northwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 8°C, at 2,000 meters around 2°C.

On Saturday, it will be mostly cloudy, with rainfall in some areas, mainly in Northern Bulgaria and the mountains. Daytime temperatures will drop by 2-3 degrees.
