Cloud cover will remain significant over most of the country, with rain showers in parts of Eastern Bulgaria and the mountains, more intense in the Rhodope region. Maximum temperatures will range from 14°C to 19°C, around 15°C in the capital city.
It will be mostly cloudy along the Black Sea coast, with occasional rain in some areas. Daytime highs will be between 16°C –18°C. The sea water temperature is 18°C –19°C. Sea state 2 on the Beaufort scale.
In the mountains, the weather will be mostly cloudy and foggy. Rain is expected in some areas, turning to snow above 1,800 meters. There will be a light to moderate northwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 9°C, at 2,000 meters around 2°C.
On Thursday, the weather will remain largely unchanged. Cloud cover will be broken, with occasional light rain in parts of Eastern Bulgaria and the mountains.
