On Tuesday, the lowest temperatures will be between 3 and 8°C; in Sofia – about 4°C. During the day before noon cloudiness will be significant and in places rainfall is expected. Precipitation will be more significant in Southwestern Bulgaria. In the afternoon, the cloudiness will break up from the northwest and decrease. There will be moderate to strong wind from the north-northwest. The highest temperatures will be between 11 and 16°C; in the capital city - around 11°C.
There will be variable cloudiness over the Black Sea coast with rainfalls along the southern part. The highest air temperature will be 16-18°C. Sea water temperature is 17-19°C.
In the mountains, the cloud cover will be significant and in places there will be rain; above 1700 meters - snow. In the afternoon the precipitation will stop and the cloudiness will decrease. There will be strong northwesterly wind. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 m. will be about 7°C; at 2000 m. - about 1°C.
