Vice President Iliana Iotova presents the collection "Alphabet. Language. Identity"

Today at 11:00, in the Coat of Arms Hall of the Presidency, Vice President Iliana Iotova will officially present the collection "Alphabet. Language. Identity". The publication contains the reports from the second International Forum on the Cyrillic Alphabet, held in 2024 at the initiative of the Vice President and with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science.

In Sofia and Plovdiv, over 30 famous Slavic scholars from 11 countries together with their Bulgarian colleagues discussed the importance of the Slavic heritage and its preservation in the modern world, as well as the key role of Bulgaria in the creation of the third Christian civilization - the Slavic one.

The official presentation of the book is on the occasion of the National Awakeners' Day on November 1.
