Prof. Vili Lilkov and lawyer Petar Slavov have notified the Council for Electronic Media (CEM) for illegal broadcasting of the 1969 series "Every Kilometer", the website of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists sbj-bg.eu reports.

An open letter from Lilkov and Slavov to CEM, reads: "Filmed during the years of the communist regime in Bulgaria, the film bears the imprint of the propaganda of the totalitarian era and contains many historical untruths. This propaganda film creates a delusion among viewers, especially the younger generation, about the activities of the Bulgarian Communist Party, both before and after 1944."

At the beginning of each episode on the Bulgaria ON AIR channel it is written: "Dedicated to the Bulgarian Communist Party". According to Lilkov and Slavov, the broadcasting media should note that "the communist regime in Bulgaria has been declared criminal by law."
