Bulgaria is to participate in the prestigious Eurovision Song Contest, which will celebrate its 70th edition in 2026. The return is part of the Bulgarian National Television’s efforts to promote Bulgarian culture and talent to an international audience, BNT reported.
“Eurovision” is a stage where cultures meet and stories are shared. BNT supports talented artists and we are happy that we were able to provide an opportunity to a Bulgarian artist to represent the country in front of an audience of millions,” BNT Director General Emil Koshlukov said.
“We are very excited to welcome BNT back to the Eurovision family after a three-year break. Its return is yet another proof that we remain united by music, as well as of the contest’s enormous popularity,” Eurovision Director, Martin Green, said.
