Days of Turkish Culture will be held on November 22 and 23 in the Palace Cultural Center in Balchik. The event under the motto "Destination: Turkiye" is being held with the participation of cultural institutions from the country.
Among the participants are the "Mevlana - 2012" community center, the successor of one of the oldest community centers in the region, established at the beginning of the 20th century. It is home of the traditions of Bulgarians, Turks and Tatars - communities that share a common history, livelihood and cultural memory. They are joined by the "Neofit Rilski - 1942" community center from the village of Chernolik in the region of Silistra, which will present traditional costumes, customs and a Turkish dance. On Saturday from 17:50 to 18:05, there will be a presentation of dervish dance and from 19:45 to 23:00 there will be a traditional Turkish dinner with music on traditional instruments and a presentation of Turkish folk costumes. The program also includes many other interesting events. The Days of Turkish Culture are part of the program "Balchik - Stage of World Cultures".
