Bulgarian Minister of Environment and Water, Ivelina Vasileva, participates in the informal meeting of environment ministers of the EU, which is held in Luxembourg. Key issues in the discussion are climate change talks, in relation to the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC that is to be held in Paris in December 2015. One of the key issues for reaching agreement in Paris has been discussed, too. This is the issue of financing activities related to climate change.
