Bulgaria is not going to participate in any military operations against "Islamic state," Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said in the city of Blagoevgrad. Asked by the Bulgarian National Radio if Bulgaria would be involved in case of a larger-scale operation against "Islamic State," the Prime Minister reiterated: "No! I have always said that this country is not going to war and we insist on diplomatic means to solve issues. Sending planes and missiles means you cannot expect peace. We need to revise our behavior, meaning EU’s and NATO’s behaviour and ask if our foreign policy has always been adequate and whether it brought the expected results."
