UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid Ra'ad Al-Hussein, has given Bulgaria as an example of anti-immigrant sentiments in Europe and has expressed concerns over the rising number of migrants detained in Europe, including unaccompanied children, the BGNES news agency has reported.
