Within the framework of the 34th meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of member states of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, taking place in Sochi, Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Daniel Mitov has met his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
