Tsvetana Pironkova’s participation in Rio ends

The participation of Bulgarian tennis player Tsvetana Pironkova at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro has ended. In the first round of the Olympic tennis tournament Pironkova lost 6:1, 4:6, 2:6 against German Laura Siegemund. 28-year-old Prironkova won easily the first set and led 2:1 in the second, but Siegemund managed to win. In the decisive third part Pironkova began to catch up, but after 2:2 she lost four consecutive games and match.
