High voter turnout at polling stations abroad

Commission members at polling stations in different countries are again reporting a high voter turnout by Bulgarians abroad.

Some expect the process of voting at the second round of presidential elections to be easier, as unlike the first round, there are no referendum papers to be filled in. Moreover, after the long queues during the first round, the Central Election Commission advised that more voting booths be added wherever possible. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has cautioned however, that for different reasons, some polling stations abroad have been moved to a different location. For this reason voters should check where to cast their ballot in Sacramento and Huston, USA, in Lyon and Nice, France, in Munster, Germany, in Palma de Mallorca, Spain and in Moldova.
