Before tomorrow’s European Council meeting, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov stated that Bulgaria was in favour of continuing the process of EU accession negotiations with Turkey:

The efforts to keep what has already been achieved and to make progress even in the conditions of a refugee and migrant crisis and domestic problems in a number of countries of Europe and the neighbouring regions need to be continued,” the Bulgarian Foreign Minister said.
