Many positive things happen in Bulgaria’s economy, caretaker Minister of Economy Teodor Sedlarski told the Bulgarian National Radio. Large and strategic potential investors have been asking the Bulgarian Economy Ministry whether it would assist them in their attempts to set up their businesses in that country and whether it shows positive attitude towards their business plans. The Ministry of Economy has the task to make Bulgaria more recognizable abroad and build the image of that country as a good investment destination, Minister Sedlarski further told the BNR. Bulgaria has already appeared on the map of the European startup communities which recognize that country as potential business destination, but we do not talk enough about that. In Minister Sedlarski’s words, there are many available job positions in the high-tech industry in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, migration and depopulation hamper investment intentions, Teodor Sedlarski further said.
