The European Commission has approved the last payment of emergency financial assistance to protect the Bulgarian border as an external border of the EU and for measures against migratory flow coming from Turkey.
EC President Jean-Claude Juncker vowed last September in Bratislava that Bulgaria would receive up to 160 million euros of emergency funding for Bulgaria.
