The Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that one of the two Bulgarian women arrested in Turkey on suspicion of terrorism has been released.

The Bulgarian consular office in Istanbul was informed by the prosecutor overseeing the case that he had found no justification for detaining the two women. Special task forces under the supervision of ambassador Nadezhda Neynsky have been set up. Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva are closely following developments.
