Bulgaria’s Minister of Finance has ordered an inspection in relation with the revelations about the so-called Azerbaijani Laundromat. In a statement to the media Minister Goranov says: We are following carefully that topic and are worried with the information published in the media. I have ordered an inspection and asked explanation from Bulgaria’s representative at the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Kalin Mitrev. The Bulgarian cabinet will take a stand at its regular sitting on Thursday depending on the information gathered until then, Minister Goranov further points out.
