The Council of Ministers has adopted a decision to ease the visa regime for Canadian citizens owning diplomatic and special passports. These categories of Canadian citizens will be able to enter, pass through or s reside on the territory of Bulgaria without visas for a period of no more than 90 days within each 180-day period.
