Minister Karakachanov: Improving military mobility is key to EU operations efficiency

Bulgarian Defense Minister Krasimir Karakachanov has opened a symposium in Brussels dedicated to "Military Mobility - Key to European Security". The Forum is organized by the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense and the European Defense Agency and is part of the calendar of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU. Karakachanov pointed out that these days, when boundaries between internal and external security are diminishing, hybrid nature of conflicts has already been established as a rule. That is why improving military mobility was key to EU's ability to effectively implement its operations under the Common Policy for security and defense.
