Between January and October 2018 Bulgaria’s trade balance was negative to the tune of EUR 1.829 billion (3.5% of the country’s gross domestic product), whereas in the same period last year the trade balance was negative and amounted to EUR 251.9 million (0.5% of the GDP), the Bulgarian National Bank announced.
