Visas to Bulgaria will, very soon, be issued in 15 megapolises in China – Guangzhou, Jinan, Kunming, Nanjing, Beijing, Xi An, Wuhan, Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Changsha, Chongqing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Shenyang, announced Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva at a meeting with  Latchezar Dinev, chairman of the Bulgarian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This will help tourists, students and businessmen from China travel to Bulgaria more actively and get to know the country. Minister Zaharieva added that Bulgaria is still reaping the benefits of having hundreds of foreign students obtain their education here, who now occupy key positions in the state administration and in businesses in their now countries. At the moment, Bulgarian visas can be obtained only in the capital Beijing and in Shanghai.
