In a telephone conversation with Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, the Prime Minister of the UK Theresa May urged Sofia to advocate for more flexibility on the part of the EU in negotiating the question of the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, and in reaching a Brexit agreement by 29 March.
Boyko Borissov promised support for a withdrawal agreement that would guarantee good relations between the UK and the 27 EU members.
