Sofia announced architectural competition for renovation of St. Nedelya square

Sofia Municipality has announced a second international competition for design concepts for the renovation of the St. Nedelya square in the centre of Sofia.

The new conditions include the pre-selection of candidates based on their experience. At the second stage, after 30 June, 7 to 11 teams of architects will be competing with conceptual designs.

The public contract is for approximately 450,000 euro. The prize money for the top five teams is 130,000 euro. The deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competition is 8 May.
