Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev have discussed energy cooperation between Sofia and Baku. "We have been planning to complete the construction of the inter-connector with Greece by 2020 in order to reach the agreed 1 billion cubic meters of gas per year over the TAP gas pipeline."
