By Monday morning coronavirus cases in Bulgaria up to 354

The number of coronavirus cases in Bulgaria is up to 354, announced General Ventsislav Mutafchiyski, head of the National Crisis Staff on Monday morning.

There are no new regions of the country with COVID-19 cases. 15 people have so far recovered, 8 have died. The average age of the people who have died is 66. The greatest number of coronavirus patients is in Sofia where 13 newly infected people have been registered over the past 24 hours. There is one patient in Sliven who has tested positive for COVID-19 after travelling to New York. The prohibition on the gathering of more than two people in one place, whether in a park of elsewhere, remains in force. Wearing masks is obligatory for people who are sick and advisable for everyone else, General Mutafchiyski said.
