The users can get acquainted with the refund procedure on the web site of the Road Infrastructure Agency www.api.bg in BgToll-Procedures section. The sums will be refunded regardless of what type of toll option is used- route map, on-board device or GPS tracker. Applications for refund are submitted in the first ten days of the month at the district offices. People with an e-signature can apply online at info@bgtoll.bg. The refund period is thirty days from the date the application is submitted.
