Mothers of children with disabilities united in the the initiative "The System Is Killing Us" have gathered in protest in front of the entrance to the new National Assembly building. They refuse to withdraw from the entrance and call on all deputies to sign a declaration prepared by them in support of the demands of the protesters for the resignations of the Prosecutor General and the government. The mothers also insist on a meeting with the MPs.
Parliament Speaker Tsveta Karayancheva said she would not allow provocations in parliament. She said she had sent the protesters' demands to parliamentary groups.
"I see no reason for the ladies to stay at the building entrance. They have to wait for calls from the separate parliamentary groups," Karayancheva said.
Citizens have started to gather in front of the Parliament building in support of the demands of the mothers.
