Following an order of Bulgaria’s Minister of Health, all Ukrainian nationals entering Bulgarian territory will be required to provide a document for negative PCR tests as of October 1.

Minister Kostadin Anegelov issued another order that allows fans to attend indoor sporting events. They must be at least one empty seat between each person. People are also required to keep a physical distance of at least 1.5 meters. Sporting events are allowed at 50% of spectator capacity.

According to the same order, personal development support centers resume their activities in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines prepared by the Ministry of Education and Science.
