Bulgaria’s authorities are preparing new regulations related to food deliveries. Representatives of the sector voiced hopes that this move would reduce the number of businesses in the gray sector, BNR reporter Natalia Ganchovska informs.
Food deliveries gained popularity in Bulgaria in recent years and accounted for 6% of the business of the catering establishments before the coronavirus pandemic.
