When discussing tax laws, GERB plans to propose a VAT on food delivery to homes to be reduced to 9%. The measure will be valid until the end of 2021 and is part of the instruments to address the crisis caused by Covid-19. Currently, the tax rate for restaurants is reduced to 9%, but only for consumption on the spot.
