Bulgaria's Veselin Topalov ranked among world's 50 greatest chess players of all time

Bulgarian chess grandmaster Veselin Topalov has been listed in the ranking of the 50 greatest chess players of all time of the largest chess community - chess24.

Topalov, who held the FIDE world title between 2005 and 2006 and is a former leader in the world rankings, is ranked 21st among the biggest names in chess. In front of the Bulgarian is the legend of Soviet chess Viktor Korchnoi, and he is immediately followed by Estonian chess master Paul Keres.
In the chess24 ranking the first place for the greatest chess player of all time is taken by the Russian giant Garry Kasparov. Second is the current world champion Magnus Carlsen, and third is the American Bobby Fischer.
