A methodology for teaching in an electronic environment will be developed in February in order to help teachers, BNR reported. During the parliamentary sitting today, the Minister of Education Krasimir Valchev also announced that a similar manual for parents was already compiled.

According to Valchev, there are no teachers who cannot teach remotely due to lack of electronic devices. By the spring of next year, there will be an additional 24,000 devices for teachers.
In addition, with the annex to the collective labour agreement signed earlier this week, teachers will receive additional money for online teaching.
Minister Valchev also announced that in the last 5 years the average age of teachers in Bulgaria has decreased from 52 to 48 years.
