Bulgarian companies are among the leading companies in the EU in the use of artificial intelligence. Within the European Union, an average of 42% of companies benefit from this service. In the Czech Republic it is made use of by 61% of companies, and in Bulgaria and Lithuania – by 54% of businesses.
This is due to voice assistants, voice and face recognition systems, targeted advertising algorithms, the survey indicates. The coronavirus pandemic speeded up the application of AI.
