Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov has expressed deep condolences over the earthquake, which claimed lives and caused material damage in Croatia. On this occasion, he held a phone conversation with Croatia’s Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, the government's press office reported.
"Bulgaria shares the tragedy of the Croatian people. We wish a speedy recovery of the people affected by the calamity," Borissov said.
He expressed the readiness of Bulgaria’s government to assist Croatia in overcoming the consequences of the earthquake.
