Bulgaria reports 4,600 Covid-19 recoveries in past 24 hours

482 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 8,057 tests performed, data of the Single Coronavirus Information Portal indicate. Around 6% of the tests have returned positive result. The total number of Covid-19 cases reached 213,409 since the beginning of the pandemic. There are 29,660 active cases of covonavirus infection.  

3,220 patients are being treated in hospitals, 327 of whom in intensive care units. 37 people have died in the past 24 hours, thus brining the Covid-19 death toll to 8,651.

4,600 people have recovered in the past 24 hours, thus bringing the total number of recoveries to 175,098.

1,901 people have been inoculated against Covid-19 in the past 24 hours. 24,127 Bulgarians have been inoculated since the beginning of the vaccination campaign.
